Frequently asked questions

What fees apply to sales?
A commission is charged on every sale made through the marketplace. The amount is shown to you when you create your store, before anything goes on sale.
How am I paid?
Buyer payments are collected by the platform, then paid out to the payment method you have set up in your vendor area.
Who handles delivery?
You do. You define your delivery zones, lead times and shipping costs in your store settings, and you ship your orders yourself.
What about returns or disputes?
Your return conditions are displayed on your store. The general framework is set out in the Withdrawal and refund policy of the platform.
Can I sell products and offer services?
Yes. A single account can hold a store and one or more business profiles. This is the most common set-up among tradespeople and retailers.
Pricing

Opening your store costs nothing

Starter store at 0 € with ten products and 12% commission. Move up to Pro store at 27 € per month for an unlimited catalogue and commission reduced to 8%, or Premium at 54 € for 6%.
