Open the listing you are interested in, choose a time slot from the availability shown and confirm. The confirmation appears in your personal area and is sent to you by email. Some listings work on a quote request rather than a direct booking: the button on the listing tells you which.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nWhere do I track my bookings and orders?<\/summary>\n
Everything is in your personal area<\/a> : upcoming and past bookings, marketplace orders, messages and favourites.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nHow do I contact a professional or a vendor?<\/summary>\n
Use the built-in messaging, available from the listing or from the Messages section of your area. Your exchanges stay attached to the booking or the order concerned.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nCan I cancel a booking?<\/summary>\n
Cancellation terms are set by the professional and shown on their listing before booking. For a product bought on the marketplace, see the Withdrawal and refund policy<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nHow do I leave a review?<\/summary>\n
After a service or an order, the option appears in your area. Reviews are attached to a real experience on the platform, which makes them useful to other users.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nIs creating an account required?<\/summary>\n

Create your account, then go to Post a Listing<\/a>. You choose your category, the transaction mode suited to your activity, then you fill in the information and the photos.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nWhich mode should I choose: booking, rental or listing?<\/summary>\n
Booking for appointments or time slots, rental for use over a period, classified ad for a simple direct connection, event for a fixed date with registrations. The choice is made at publication and stays editable.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nHow do I manage the requests I receive?<\/summary>\n
From your dashboard, Bookings section: you accept, decline or propose another time slot. Questions and quote requests arrive in Messages.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nCan I edit or pause my business profile?<\/summary>\n
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. Pausing suspends new requests without deleting your business profile or your reviews.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nHow do I improve my visibility?<\/summary>\n
A complete business profile stands out better than an empty one: quality photos, a precise description, up-to-date opening hours, availability genuinely open and quick replies to messages. Featured placement options also exist; they are presented in your area.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

A commission is taken on sales made through the marketplace. Its amount is given to you when you create your store, before anything goes on sale.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nHow are my earnings paid out?<\/summary>\n
Payments are collected by the platform, then paid out to the receiving method configured in your vendor area.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nWho handles delivery and returns?<\/summary>\n
You define your delivery zones, times and charges, as well as your return conditions, in your store settings. The general framework is set out in the withdrawal policy<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/details>\n
\nCan I sell products and offer services?<\/summary>\n
